Traveling SOUTH on I-81 (from Watertown):
Exit 40 (Ellisburg/Pierrepont Manor) and turn left. You are now on Route 193. We are 1/2 mile on the right. Look for the sign that says The Manor House. The house is yellow with brown trim and red shutters. It sits approximately 100 yards back from the road. There is a horseshoe driveway in front with stone columns on either side.

Traveling NORTH on I-81 (from Syracuse):
